Can I pick up if I'm local?
Pick up option is available for orders totaling $30 or more. The location will be in Aurora, ON. If you'd like to pick up, send me a message prior to placing your order so I can provide you with full details on how to order.
Can I see a proof before I make a purchase?
Due to the sheer number of requests I receive on a daily basis, I cannot provide design proofs prior to a purchase being made. Please search through my shop to get a clear sense of my designs and if you'd like a proof after purchase, leave me a note at the checkout page with the request.
Can I get a refund if my item goes missing in the mail?
For Canadian orders:
To keep shipping costs low, glitter card stock cake toppers and banners are shipped via regular mail which does not come with tracking. Buyers have the option to upgrade to Expedited Shipping which comes with tracking and is a faster delivery method. If the buyer does not select Expedited Shipping at checkout, Bash & Co. will not be responsible should the package become lost by Canada Post.
For USA and international orders:
All USA and international orders automatically come with tracking. Should an item go missing, I will work with you and USPS to try and locate the package and remedy the situation.
